Mezcal Dialectos was born out of the folkloric expressions of Mexico’s mezcal producing communities.
Our products are handcrafted by master mezcaleros who are able to extract and distill the essence of agave into exquisite crystalline drops of mezcal. It is the master mezcaleros who make each and every bottle of mezcal a unique and irreproducible experience.
Mezcal Dialectos is an artisanal mezcal made in a traditional manner that has been practiced for over five generations by the Santiago Mendez Family. The Santiago family is Zapotec descent and hail from the San Dionisio Ocotepec community in Oaxaca.
Our mezcales are made to be enjoyed over a long period of time; sip by sip among good conversation and even better company. With its smooth flavor, hints of sweetness, and delicate humid tones our mezcal is ideal to be enjoyed on its own or to create bold and exquisite cocktails.
